The PSI-Center is presently recruiting candidates for Post Doctoral Research Associate positions at the University of Washington:
The Aerospace & Energetics Research Program at the University of Washington invites applications for post-doctoral positions in the newly formed Plasma Science and Innovation Center. The Center will refine present computational tools with sufficient physics, boundary conditions, and geometry to be calibrated with experiments to achieve predictive capabilities for Innovative Confinement Concepts experiments. Applicants with strong theoretical and/or computational backgrounds in the area of physics of magnetically confined plasmas are sought.
An earned Ph.D. in physics or engineering is required. Interested individuals should send a letter of application, detailed resume, representative publications, and a list of three references, all in hard-copy format only, to:
